Overview
Transcripts compile a student's academic history, grouped by academic year and term, using only results that are Published or Approved. Confirm the school profile and logo, and the grade bands, are set up for the best output before generating and printing.
Before you start
- Maintain complete historical results
- Configure grade bands
- Update the school profile and logo
Steps
- Open Academics > Transcripts
- Search for and select the student
- Review the academic years, terms, and courses included
- Select Print / Save PDF
Common problems
No transcript data is available
Only Published or Approved results are included; confirm results exist and have reached one of those statuses.
