Create, Submit, and Approve a Lesson Plan

Create a plan with objectives, phases, and attachments, submit it for review, then have it approved or rejected.

For School administrators, Teachers. Updated 2026-08-01.

Overview

Only the assigned teacher for that class and course can create, edit, submit, or delete their own lesson plan. A plan is editable while in Draft or Rejected status; once submitted, it becomes read-only for the teacher until a reviewer with approval permission acts on it, optionally leaving a review note.

Attachments are capped at 10 per plan and 15MB per file. A plan can only be deleted while still a Draft.
