Record Sickbay Visits
Log and follow clinic visits from the Health portal.

Overview
Clinic visits are now recorded in the dedicated Health portal. Each visit belongs to a registered patient (student, staff or outsider), starts from a chief complaint and category, and moves through Waiting, In Progress, Resolved or Referred. Diagnosis and treatment notes need doctor-level access.
Before you start
- Use an account with access to the Health portal
Steps
- Open Health and go to Clinic Visits
- Select a patient (or add a new patient record first)
- Enter the chief complaint and category
- Open the visit to add vitals, diagnosis and treatment notes, lab requests or prescriptions
- Move the visit through Waiting, In Progress, Resolved or Referred
Common problems
A person cannot be selected
Confirm the student or staff account is active and available to the current school; a record can also be logged without linking a student.
