Filter, Export, and Analyze Bookstore Sales
Filter bookstore sales by date, export a PDF sales history, and review revenue and profit charts.

Overview
The Bookstore Sales & Checkout list can be filtered by a date range and search term, then exported as a formatted PDF sales history showing each sale, quantity, total, and status, plus a totals summary. The separate Sales Report page charts revenue, gross profit, and top-selling products over a chosen date range.
Before you start
- Record at least one bookstore sale
Steps
- Open Bookstore > Sales & Checkout to filter the sales list by date range or search
- Select Export PDF for a printable sales history matching the current filters
- Open Bookstore > Sales Report to view revenue, profit, and top-product charts for a date range
Common problems
Export PDF produces an empty or unexpected report
Check the applied date range and search filter; the exported report only includes the sales currently matching those filters.
