Filter, Export, and Print Receipts for Canteen Orders
Filter the canteen order history by date, export it as a PDF, and print a receipt for any past order.

Overview
The Recent canteen orders tab lists past orders with a date range filter and status search. Export PDF pages through every order matching the current filters and produces a formatted order history PDF with item summaries, totals, and a status color key, mirroring the bookstore sales export.
Print receipt opens a print-ready, itemized receipt for a single order in a new window.
Before you start
- Complete at least one canteen checkout
Steps
- Open Canteen > Orders & Checkout and switch to the Recent canteen orders tab
- Filter by a date range or search order status
- Select Export PDF for a printable order history matching the current filters
- Select Print receipt on any order to open a print-ready receipt
Common problems
Print receipt does nothing
Allow pop-ups for the app; the receipt opens in a new browser window that some browsers block by default.
Export PDF is missing orders you expect to see
Check the date range and search filters on the Recent canteen orders tab; the export only includes orders currently matching them.
