Manage Student Health Records and Medical Reports

Health now combines clinic visits with structured per-student medication, vaccination, allergy, emergency-contact records, and uploaded medical reports.

For School administrators, Staff. Updated 2026-08-07.

Overview

The Health module has tabs for Clinic Visits, Medication, Vaccinations, Allergies, Emergency Contacts, and Medical Reports. Clinic Visits reuses the Sickbay workflow for visit records. The other record tabs require selecting a student first, then Add Record opens a drawer for the relevant fields.

Medication tracks name, dosage, frequency, instructions, dates, prescriber, status, and notes. Vaccinations track vaccine name, dose number, administered date, next due date, batch number, and notes. Allergies track allergen, severity, reaction, treatment, and notes.

Emergency Contacts track name, relationship, phone, alternate phone, address, primary flag, and notes. Medical Reports creates or reuses a Documents folder named Medical Reports, uploads files linked to the selected student, and lets users open or delete those files.
