Loan Comments and Clickable Notifications
HR managers, administrators and accountants can comment on a loan; notifications open the related page.

Overview
On Staff Loans, people who manage loans (HR managers, administrators and accountants) can add comments to a loan request, and the requester is notified. Notifications in the bell are clickable: selecting one opens the page it is about (for example the loan). Loan rows use a single Actions menu with Cancel request for pending loans.

- Open Staff Loans and a loan
- Add a comment
- Click a notification to jump to the loan
Common problems
I cannot comment on a loan
Commenting is for loan managers. Staff see their own loans.
