Contact Support and Raise a Ticket
Raise a ticket from the Support page, follow the support team’s replies in the same conversation, and reopen it if the problem comes back.
For School administrators, Accountants, Teachers, Staff. Updated 2026-10-13.
Overview
The Support page (Support in the sidebar, or portal.myschoolgh.com/support) is where your school talks to the MySchoolGH support team. Each ticket is a conversation: the team replies inside the ticket and you answer from the same place, so nothing gets lost in phone calls or chat threads.
A ticket moves through four stages. Open means it is waiting for the team. In progress means the team has replied and is working on it. Resolved means it has been sorted out, and Closed means it is finished. The tiles at the top of the page count your tickets in each stage, and you can search them or filter by stage.
Raise a ticket when the guide for your module and the in-app assistant have not solved the problem. For something urgent you can also call 0550107770 or email info@myschoolgh.com.
Before you start
- Check the guide for the module you are using, including its Common problems section
- Note the page you were on, what you did, and the exact message you saw
- Never put passwords or secret keys in a ticket
Steps
- Open Support from the sidebar (or go to portal.myschoolgh.com/support).
- Select New ticket.
- Enter a short Subject, then pick a Category: Account & Login, Fees & Billing, Attendance, Results & Reports, Mobile app, Setup help or Other.
- Choose how urgent it is: Urgent, High, Medium or Low.
- In Message, describe the problem: the page you were on, the steps that lead to it, when it happened and what you expected to see.
- Select Send ticket. It appears in your list as Open.
- Come back to the ticket to read the team’s replies, and answer them in the reply box at the bottom.
- When the problem is sorted out, open the ticket and select Mark resolved. If it returns, select Reopen, or simply write a new reply.
Common problems
I cannot see the New ticket button
Your role may not be allowed to raise tickets. Ask a school administrator to grant the permission under Settings > User Overrides, or ask them to raise the ticket for you.
My ticket still says Open
Open means the team has not replied yet. It moves to In progress after the first reply. If it is urgent, make sure the priority is Urgent and call 0550107770.
The ticket is Resolved but the problem is back
Open the ticket and select Reopen, or write a reply in the box. Replying to a resolved ticket reopens it, and the history stays in one place.

Reply in the same ticket with the exact page, the steps you took, the time it happened and the message you saw.
