Multi-Campus Group: Overview, Switching Campus and the Campus Strip

A group has a main campus and other campuses. Owners and managers use the Campus Group pages and a slim campus strip beside the sidebar to enter any campus.

For School administrators. Updated 2026-10-09.

Overview

A school can become a campus group (Campus Group in the sidebar, then Enable multi-campus management). The school you start from is the main campus and everyone's login stays the same. The Overview page shows students, teachers, fees collected and fees owed for the whole group, with a card per campus and an Enter button.

Owners and managers also see a slim strip of campus logos to the left of the sidebar: click a logo to switch into that campus, hover to see its name, address and contact, and use the button at the bottom to open the Campus Group pages. Entering a campus always asks you to confirm.

Inside a campus a purple bar says which campus you are viewing, with Exit to Campuses to return to your own session. Each campus has its own settings, features, permissions and data, but billing and the subscription come from the main campus. Campus staff (see Group team) only see the campuses assigned to them in the strip and have no Exit to Campuses bar.

Steps

  1. Open Campus Group from the sidebar
  2. Use Overview to compare campuses
  3. Click Enter (or a logo in the campus strip) and confirm to step into a campus
  4. Use Exit to Campuses, or the strip, to return

Common problems

The campus strip is not showing

It only appears for people who manage or are assigned to two or more campuses. Single-campus schools do not see it.

I switched campus and the sidebar still shows the old list

The app reloads the new campus data on switch. If it ever looks stale, refresh once; each campus has its own Feature Modules list.
