Mark Entry Tracker: Who Has Entered Scores and Send Reminders
Shows class by class whether marks are not started, in progress, entered or published, and can send reminders to teachers.

Overview
Academics > Mark Entry Tracker lists classes and subjects for a term with a status of Not started, In progress, All entered or Published, and counts of done, in progress and not started. Filter by class, tick the teachers who still owe marks (or Select everyone) and send them a reminder; the page tells you how many teachers were reminded.
Administrators and employees can send reminders; teachers see only their own classes.
Steps
- Open Academics > Mark Entry Tracker
- Pick the term and optionally a class
- Select the teachers still to finish
- Send the reminder
Common problems
Nobody needed a reminder
Everyone selected has already entered their scores.
