Performance Trends and Transcripts Tab
Trends has tabs for Subjects, Classes over time, One student and Transcripts.
For School administrators, Teachers, Staff, Directors and proprietors. Updated 2026-10-09.
Overview
Academics > Performance Trends shows average mark and pass rate by term. Subjects shows which strengthen or slip; Classes over time shows class results by term; One student follows one learner (search by name or ID) across terms.
The Transcripts tab shows the same student search and official transcript as Academics > Transcripts, with preview and Download PDF. Directors view trends at https://portal.myschoolgh.com/director/trends.
Steps
- Open Academics > Performance Trends
- Choose a tab and the class, term or student
- On Transcripts, search a student and preview or download the PDF
Common problems
The trend is empty
Trends need published results across more than one term.
