Overview
Academics > Students Needing Attention lists students flagged from marks entered this term, the change in average since the last term and attendance (shown once at least 10 days are recorded). Choose term, class and the pass mark. Filter chips show Needs support now, Falling behind and Keep an eye on.
Each card shows the reasons, subjects below the pass mark, average, trend and attendance, with links to open the student, Start support plan and Counselling & welfare. Directors see the list read-only at https://portal.myschoolgh.com/director/at-risk. It is a prompt for a conversation, not a verdict.
Steps
- Open Academics > Students Needing Attention
- Pick the term, class and pass mark
- Open a student or click Start support plan
Common problems
A student is not flagged although I expected it
Flags use marks entered so far this term and need at least 10 days of attendance to include attendance.
