Overview
Academics > Syllabus & Scheme of Work has two views. Plan & tick off: choose class, subject and term, add topics (one per line), and tick each one when taught. Copy from another class reuses a plan.
Coverage: shows for each class how far through the scheme it is against the term, with statuses Ahead, On track, Behind, Not started or No plan yet and an average covered. Teachers see their own classes; directors view coverage read-only.
Steps
- Open Academics > Syllabus & Scheme of Work
- Choose class, subject and term and Add topics
- Tick topics as you teach them
- Use Coverage to see which classes are behind
Common problems
Coverage shows No plan yet
Add topics for that class and subject first, or copy a plan from another class.
