Generate and Export Terminal Report Cards
Select a class, year, and term to generate report cards, then export them as PDF.

Overview
Terminal reports pull together results, remarks, grade bands, and the school's report card theme colors into a printable report card per student. Reports depend on results that have already been submitted or approved for the selected class and term; results still in Draft will not appear.
Before you start
- Submit or approve results for the class and term
Steps
- Open Academics > Terminal Reports
- Select the class, academic year, and term
- Select Generate Reports
- Optionally filter to a single student
- Select Export PDF
Common problems
No report data is found
Ensure results have been submitted or approved for this class and term; Draft results do not appear on report cards.
