Overview

The finance ledger consolidates transactions from fees, transport, bookstore, canteen, payroll, and bank sources into one filterable view, and can be exported to PDF across all matching pages. The Reports tab summarizes income and expense totals grouped by account head.

Steps

1. Open Accounting
2. Filter the ledger by type, source, search text, or date range
3. Select Export PDF if a document is needed
4. Open Accounting > Reports for account-head summaries
