Review the Debtors List and Arrears
Filter students by term, class, and status to see term bill, total paid, current and previous arrears, and total debt.

Overview
The Debtors List shows, per student, the term bill, total paid, term arrears, previous arrears carried from earlier terms, total debt, and debt percentage. Payments can be collected directly from this list, scoped to the selected student, and the list can be printed or exported to PDF or Excel.
Steps
- Open Payments > Debtors
- Filter by academic year, term, classes, and student status
- Review the debt figures per student
- Select Pay Fees on a row to collect a payment
- Print or export the list if needed
Common problems
A student's arrears figure looks wrong
Arrears are computed live from current and prior term balances; confirm bills and payments for both the current and prior term are accurate before assuming the figure is wrong.
