Filter past SMS sends by delivery status and search for a specific message or recipient.

Overview
The message history lists every SMS sent from the school with its delivery status: Queued, Sent, Failed, or Skipped, along with the provider reference for troubleshooting with support.
Steps
- Open Communication > History
- Filter by status chip
- Search by recipient or message text if needed
Common problems
A message shows Failed
Note the provider reference and contact support if the recipient confirms they never received it despite a valid phone number.
