Select a package, confirm the breakdown, and pay securely with Paystack to top up SMS credits.

Overview
The SMS Wallet lists active packages managed centrally by the MySchoolGH team; schools can only purchase these packages, not create or edit them. A purchase confirmation shows the package amount, current SMS balance, credits to receive, and balance after purchase before redirecting to Paystack.
On return from Paystack, the page automatically verifies the payment using the reference in the URL. In a campus group the group owner can buy credits for a chosen campus from Campus Group > SMS Credits; each campus spends from its own balance.
Before you start
- Use an active school account
- Select an active SMS package
Steps
- Open Communication > SMS Wallet
- Review package names, credits, and prices
- Select a package and Pay with Paystack
- Review the confirmation breakdown
- Confirm purchase and complete payment
- Return to the wallet and verify the updated balance
Common problems
Credits are not visible after payment
Allow verification to complete automatically on return from Paystack, then refresh the wallet; check SMS purchase history before contacting support.
