Manage Reusable SMS Templates

Create, edit, and delete named SMS templates by category to speed up future broadcasts.

Overview

SMS templates store a name, category (general, fees, academic, event, or attendance), and message body for reuse. A template can be selected while composing a broadcast to prefill the message.

Steps

1. Open Communication > Templates
2. Select New template
3. Enter the name, category, and message body
4. Save
5. Edit or delete an existing template using the row icons
