Alumni and Appraisals & Training Are Now Separate Features
Alumni and Appraisals & Training each have their own card on the Feature Modules page; Appraisals used to follow HR & Payroll.

Overview
Alumni and Appraisals & Training are separate optional features. Alumni controls the Alumni link; Appraisals & Training controls the Appraisals & Training page (administrators, HR managers and directors) and My Performance (staff), and the director's Staff Performance page. Before this change Appraisals followed HR & Payroll and Alumni could not be hidden.
Schools that already had a fixed feature list kept what they could see: everyone kept Alumni, schools with HR kept Appraisals & Training, and schools with Academics kept Certificates. To change them open Settings > Feature Modules and click the card; if a card says Upgrade required, contact MySchoolGH support to enable it.
Steps
- Open Settings > Feature Modules
- Find Alumni or Appraisals & Training
- Click the card to switch it On or Hidden
Common problems
Appraisals & Training disappeared after I hid HR & Payroll
This should no longer happen. Appraisals & Training has its own switch; make sure it is On in Settings > Feature Modules.
Alumni is not in the list
The school plan may not include it. Contact MySchoolGH support to enable it.
