Common problems

The module is not in my sidebar

A missing module is usually hidden by your school (switch it on under Settings > Feature Modules), not part of your plan (ask MySchoolGH support to enable it), or not allowed for your role (an administrator can grant access under Settings > User Overrides). The full checklist is in “A Feature or Menu Is Missing”.
