Overview
Payments: Fee categories, allocation, bills, and collections. Found under Fees Setup and Payments & History. Always on. Accounting: Bank accounts, transactions, reconciliation. Found under Accounting and Procurement. Optional: can be shown or hidden in Settings > Feature Modules. Banking: Bank deposits, transactions, and reconciliation. Found under Banking.
Optional: can be shown or hidden in Settings > Feature Modules. Scholarships: Scholarship management and tracking. Found under Scholarships. Optional: can be shown or hidden in Settings > Feature Modules. Reports: Cross-module reporting. Found under Reports. Optional: can be shown or hidden in Settings > Feature Modules.
Alumni: Alumni records, networking and giving. Found under Alumni. Optional: can be shown or hidden in Settings > Feature Modules. Fundraising: PTA & Fundraising management. Found under PTA & Fundraising. Optional: can be shown or hidden in Settings > Feature Modules. Fixed Assets: Fixed assets management. Found under Fixed Assets.
Optional: can be shown or hidden in Settings > Feature Modules. Procurement, Petty Cash, Journals, Budgets and Financial Statements sit with Accounting and need accounting or procurement permissions rather than a separate switch.
Steps
- Open Settings > Feature Modules to switch an optional module on or off
- If the module says Upgrade required, contact MySchoolGH support to enable it
- Open the module from the sidebar location shown above
Common problems
The module is not in my sidebar
A missing module is usually hidden by your school (switch it on under Settings > Feature Modules), not part of your plan (ask MySchoolGH support to enable it), or not allowed for your role (an administrator can grant access under Settings > User Overrides).
