Review the hand-over log, daily summary and export it
Safe Pick-up > Hand-over log lists every release and refusal with filters and a CSV export; tiles give the daily summary.

Overview
The Hand-over log tab on Safe Pick-up (needs the “view pick-up” permission) shows When, Student (with class), Collected by (with a "Not on the list" note for unlisted people), Outcome (Released or Refused), Checked by (PIN, ID checked, Guardian called or On the list), Gate staff and Note.
Filters: From and To dates (both default to today), Class, Outcome (Released or Refused) and a search box for student or collector name. The table is paginated at 15 rows.
Export CSV downloads all rows matching the current filters as pickup-log-<from>-<to>.csv with columns Date, Time, Student, Class, Collected by, Outcome, Checked by, Released by and Note; if nothing matches you are told there is nothing to export.
The four tiles above the tabs summarise today: Released today (with number of students), Turned away today, Not on the list (released after a guardian call) and First and last hand-over times. Times are shown in Ghana time. Parents see only their own child's last 20 hand-overs on My Pick-up.
Before you start
- The “view pick-up” permission permission
Steps
- Open Students > Safe Pick-up and select the Hand-over log tab
- Set From and To dates
- Optionally choose a Class, an Outcome or type a student or collector name
- Review the table and page through results
- Select Export CSV to download the filtered log
Common problems
The log is empty
Both dates default to today. Widen the From and To range and clear the class or outcome filters.
Export says there is nothing to export
No records match the filters. Change the dates or filters and try again.
A parent cannot see the full school log
This is by design. Guardians only see recent hand-overs for their own children on My Pick-up.
