Parents: manage who can collect your child on My Pick-up
Parents use My Pick-up to add collectors for each linked child, share PINs and view recent hand-overs.
For Parents. Updated 2026-10-09.
Overview
Parents and guardians open My Pick-up in the sidebar. The page title is Who can collect your child. If you have more than one child use the ward switcher at the top right.
The Authorised collectors panel works like the staff view: Add a collector (name, relationship, phone, ID details, photo, validity dates, notes), then a one-time Pick-up PIN is shown which you pass to that person. They say the PIN at the gate and staff verify it before your child is released.
Recent hand-overs on the right lists the last 20 collections or refusals with collector name, date, time and how they were checked. You also receive a notification every time your child is collected ("Collected from school") or someone is refused. Only users of type PARENT can open the page; other users get "This page is for parents and guardians."

Common problems
My Pick-up says no children are linked
The school office must link your account to your child. Ask them to add the guardian relationship.
The PIN is lost
Select New PIN on the collector card. The old PIN stops working immediately and the new one is shown once.
Someone on my list was turned away
Check that they are Active and within their valid dates and that they bring ID or the correct PIN. Gate staff can also call you to confirm.
