Update the School Profile and Logo

Overview
School Profile stores the school identity used on reports, receipts, letters, report cards, and other documents. Administrators can update the school name, phone, slogan, address, and optional logo. The logo accepts PNG, JPG, or WebP uploads up to 2MB.
The Report card colors section controls the primary, accent, table header, and header text colors used when exporting terminal reports. The school email is read-only on this screen and cannot be changed here.
Before you start
- Use an administrator account
- Prepare a clear school logo image if one is available
Steps
- Open Setup or Settings > School Profile
- Update the school name, phone, slogan, and address
- Upload or replace the optional logo (PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 2MB)
- Adjust report card theme colors if needed
- Save the profile and confirm
Common problems
The old logo still appears after saving
Refresh the page after saving and confirm the uploaded file is a supported image type under 2MB.
A report card color looks wrong
Colors must be valid 6-digit hex values; use the color picker instead of typing a value to avoid invalid formats.
