Collect Transport Payments, Apply Discounts, and View Student Transport Accounts
Use Outstanding balances to collect transport payments or discounts, and open a student account for arrears, bills, and payment history.
For School administrators, Accountants. Updated 2026-08-01.
Overview
Transport payment collection applies a posted amount across the selected student transport bills and refuses payments above the total transport balance. The discount drawer supports fixed or percentage reductions against a selected transport bill and previews the new balance before saving.
The Student Transport Account drawer shows billed, paid, discount, balance, arrears, bill history, and payment history for that student.
