Publish a posting and share the application link
Open the posting, go to Configure & share and switch on "Accept applications online". The posting must be Open. Share the application link or the school-wide careers page.
For School administrators, HR managers. Updated 2026-10-09.
Overview
Online applications are controlled per posting. On the posting page open the "Configure & share" tab and use the "Accept applications online" switch (needs the “edit recruitment” permission). The switch only works while the posting status is Open; if the posting is Draft, On hold or Closed the page shows "This position is ...
Set it to Open to take applications.". Turning it on shows the toast "Applications are now open to the public"; turning it off shows "Public applications switched off". Two links are shown with copy buttons. The Application link is unique to that posting and the token is generated automatically.
"All our open positions" is the school careers page, which lists every posting that is Open, published and not past its closing date. A posting stops accepting applications automatically once the close date has passed (the close day itself still counts) or when it is set to anything other than Open.
Both pages are public: no login is needed for candidates, and the careers page shows the school name, logo and slogan. The tab also lists what candidates fill in: email (checked first so nobody applies twice), first and last name, phone, expected salary, cover letter, a CV (PDF, Word or image, up to 5 MB) and up to 4 certificates.
New applications land in the Applied column and the school's Admin and HR Manager users receive a "New job application" notification.
