Transport has its own portal for buses, routes, seating, riders, billing, collection and reports.

Overview
The portal at https://portal.myschoolgh.com/transport covers buses, routes, rider assignment and matching, seating, billing, payment collection, payments history, reports and an activity log. Transport managers get a dedicated role.
Bills can be adjusted, payments reversed, receipts printed and bills exported to Excel; riders can carry a previous-balance amount.

Common problems
A payment was recorded wrongly
Reverse the payment from Payments (needs the fee reverse permission) and record it again.
