Admissions
From application to enrolled student in one pipeline
Move applicants across a board from new to accepted, send numbered offers with a printable letter, run a ranked waitlist for full classes, and take senior high placement lists through a public registration page — then turn accepted applicants into students without retyping them.
- Drag-and-drop pipeline. Applicants move through New, Under Review, Interview, Offer Sent, Accepted and Rejected, with notes and a comment thread on every card.
- Offers with guardrails. Offers are numbered automatically and checked against programme cut-offs and intake capacity, with an admin override and an admission letter you can print.
- Ranked waitlist. Families queue by priority per class. Preview and confirm before offering the next open seats, and sweep lapsed offers to move the next family up.
- Placement intake. Import a placement list and share a public link where students enter their index number and claim code, complete their details and upload documents. Validate them, assign a class, house and bed, and confirm arrival.
How it works
- Capture applicants. Add applications or import a placement list, and share the public registration link.
- Review and offer. Move applicants through the board, send offers and print admission letters.
- Enrol. Convert accepted applicants into students and assign their class, house and bed.
Frequently asked questions
Can we fill a class from a waitlist?
Yes. The waitlist ranks families by priority per class, shows open seats and offers the next families after a preview and confirmation. Offers lapse after a set window and can be cleared in one sweep.
Do students need an account to register for placement?
No. They open the school’s public placement page and sign in with their index number and claim code.
Can we read data from paper admission forms?
An admission form extractor reads details from photos or scans of paper forms so staff can review and save them. It depends on the AI service being configured for your account.
