A school clinic that keeps proper records
A dedicated health portal for the school nurse: register patients, queue and see them, record vitals and notes, order labs, dispense from a stock-tracked pharmacy, bill the visit and track immunisation — with the sensitive steps locked once they are signed off.
- Guided clinic visits. Each visit moves through vitals, notes, lab requests, prescriptions, billing and referral in order, with out-of-range vitals flagged.
- Labs and pharmacy. Lab requests run on a board from requested to verified; verifying stamps a report number and locks it. The pharmacy tracks stock, partial dispensing and allergy conflicts.
- Immunisation and growth. A configurable schedule shows who is due or overdue, with coverage on the reports page, printable certificates and a growth chart for each student.
- Outbreak watch. Complaint categories are analysed over time and a configurable threshold alerts staff when cases spike.

- Bill, refer and close. Bill the visit, refer or print a discharge summary, then close it. Payments post to the school ledger.
Frequently asked questions
Who can see health records?
Only people with health permissions. Health staff are managed inside the portal, each with their own access to labs, pharmacy, billing or visit management.
Can we correct a visit after it is closed?
Closing a visit is one-way and locks its clinical record. Only someone with the billing-unlock permission can reopen the bill.
Does it work for staff and outsiders as well as students?
Yes. A patient can be a student, a staff member or an outsider with a name and phone number.
