Safety & welfare

Know who collected every child and who needs extra support

A gate desk that checks each collector against the authorised list, a confidential counselling desk, and the day-to-day boarding log — exeats, incidents, visitors, houses, beds and house points — all tied to the same student record.

How it works

  1. Set up collectors. Guardians list who may collect their child; the school can edit the list too.
  2. Release at the gate. Staff verify the collector and record the hand-over; guardians get a notification.
  3. Follow up. Review the hand-over log, work welfare cases to closure and track incidents and exeats in one place.

Frequently asked questions

What if an unlisted person arrives to collect a child?

They can only collect once a guardian confirms by phone, and the staff member must record a note. Every release and refusal is audited.

Who can see counselling cases?

Only staff with welfare permissions. Cases are confidential and every action is audit-logged.

Does boarding need a separate system?

No. Houses, beds, roll call, exeats and house points live in the same system as the student records.
