Sell books, uniforms and meals without losing track of stock

The bookstore is its own portal with catalogue, stock movements, point of sale, receipts and reports. The canteen has a checkout and orders screen for fast counter service. Both record who bought what and take the school’s payment methods.

• Point of sale. Search products, pick a student or enter a walk-in name, apply a discount and take cash, mobile money or card, bank or cheque.
• Stock you can trust. Overselling is blocked, restocks and CSV imports are logged, and low-stock alerts show on the home page.
• Reversals with a reason. A sale can be reversed once, with a written reason, and every sale posts to the school ledger.
• Canteen checkout. Build a cart, take payment — including a student’s credit balance — and print the receipt.

How it works

1. Stock the shop. Add categories and products, or import them from a CSV.
2. Sell at the counter. Take a sale for a student or a walk-in and print the receipt.
3. Review. Check revenue, margin and stock in reports, and export to PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Can a sale be undone?

Yes, once, with a written reason. The reversal is logged and stock is restored.

Does the canteen have the same reports as the bookstore?

The bookstore has full reports and an activity log. The canteen covers checkout and orders.
