A timetable that checks for clashes as you build it
Build the week on a real day-by-period grid, view it by class, teacher or room, drag lessons to new slots with a live clash check, or let the scheduler propose a full timetable for you to review before accepting.
- Class, teacher and room views. Colour-coded subjects on a day-by-period grid, switchable by class, teacher or room.
- Live clash checks. Drag a lesson to a new slot and class, teacher and room double-bookings are flagged before you drop it, and again on save.
- Auto-generate. Pick classes and the scheduler spreads each subject across the week, respecting clashes and each teacher’s daily workload cap. Review the preview, then accept or discard.
- Your own schedule. Set working days, named periods with start and end times and breaks, then print or export a branded PDF.

Can teachers see their own timetable?
Yes. The teacher view shows one teacher’s week across all classes.
Does auto-generate overwrite what we already have?
It produces a preview first. You review how many lessons would be placed per class, then accept or discard.
