Senior high

Built for the way SHS actually runs

From the placement list to the WASSCE aggregate: take in newly placed students, set electives per class, run the boarding roll call, score the houses and print an aggregate on every terminal report.

How it works

  1. Take in the placement list. Import the list, share the registration link and verify each student as they arrive.
  2. Set classes, electives and houses. Create SHS classes or programmes, flag elective subjects and allocate boarders to houses and beds.
  3. Score and report. Enter results, let the aggregate compute, then print terminal reports with the aggregate and position on them.

Frequently asked questions

Can one school run basic and senior high together?

Yes. A school picks every level it teaches, and the aggregate appears on senior-high classes only.

Can students choose their own electives?

If you switch it on. Otherwise the school office records each student’s choice, and the Electives screen shows who takes what.

Does the roll call work for day students too?

The roll call is per house and session, so it covers boarders. Day students are covered by the normal class registers.
