One communication centre for SMS broadcasts, automatic fee reminders, announcements, push notifications and email — with a wallet you top up through Paystack and a sender name your parents recognise.
- Broadcast SMS. Send to all guardians, one class, students with phones or a custom list. A live count shows characters, SMS units and your balance before you confirm.
- Fee reminders. Message the guardians of students with unpaid or part-paid balances, optionally by class, using placeholders such as the student’s name.
- SMS wallet and sender ID. Pick a package, pay with Paystack and the units are credited after verification. Register a sender name so messages arrive from your school.
- Announcements. Publish to everyone, students, guardians, teachers or staff, with optional start and expiry dates, and notify them in the app.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if we run out of credits?
The send is refused with a clear message rather than partly sent, so you can top up and try again.
Do parents need the app to get messages?
No. SMS goes to the guardian’s phone number. Announcements and notifications also appear in the portal.
Can we send fee reminders only to families who owe?
Yes. Fee reminders target guardians of students with unpaid or partial balances, and students without a guardian phone are skipped and counted.
