Stay connected to alumni and fund what the school needs
Keep an alumni directory with a public page where classmates find each other and request transcripts, and run PTA dues, fundraising and donation drives with pledges, a donor ledger and printable receipts that post to your books.
- Alumni directory. Add alumni by hand or from students with an issued certificate, or let them register on your public page. They are listed only if they consent and staff approve.
- Document requests. Alumni request a transcript, certificate copy, testimonial or verification letter, and staff move each request from new to completed.
- PTA dues and campaigns. Set a dues amount per student and see who has paid, part-paid or owes, with guardian contacts alongside. Run fundraising or donation drives too.
- Pledges and receipts. Track pledges and payments by cash, mobile money, bank or cheque, print a receipt, and reverse a payment with a reason.
How it works
- Build the directory. Import alumni from certificates or share the public join page.
- Serve requests. Prepare and complete document requests from the Requests tab.
- Raise funds. Open a campaign, record pledges and payments, and print receipts.
Frequently asked questions
Are alumni emails shown publicly?
No. The public page hides email addresses and lists only consenting, approved alumni.
Can parents pay PTA dues online?
Payments are recorded by staff. Online payment of dues is not part of this module.
Does PTA money appear in our accounts?
Yes. Each payment posts to transaction history and the journal, so it shows in the accounting reports.
