Meet online, then ask for honest feedback
Schedule staff meetings, parent conversations and interviews as video calls with a passcode and a waiting room, then collect structured feedback from parents, students and staff with anonymous surveys and course or teacher evaluations.
- Video meetings. Invite staff by role, department or name. Everyone enters a lobby with camera and mic off, and the host starts the meeting.
- Guests without accounts. Share a link and passcode with outsiders. Guests wait in a lobby until the host admits or denies them.
- Surveys. Build rating, choice, yes/no and written questions for parents, students, staff or everyone. One answer per person.
- Anonymous by default. Anonymous responses do not store who answered. Results show per-question summaries and export to CSV, with teacher and course roll-ups.

Frequently asked questions
Do guests need an account?
No. They open the meeting link, enter their name and the passcode, and wait to be admitted.
Can a survey be edited once people have answered?
No. Questions and audience lock once anyone has answered, but a closed survey can be duplicated as a new draft.
Do video meetings need extra setup?
Video runs on a hosted video service that must be configured for your deployment. Your MySchoolGH contact can confirm it is enabled.
